On Friday night, Ole Miss head football coach Lane Kiffin found himself on the mound throwing out the first pitch before the baseball team's game.
Why have Lane Kiffin throw out the first pitch before the game last night? Well, the opponent was the Tennessee Volunteers, which gave Kiffin a chance at a little revenge.
Just five months ago, Kiffin was nearly hit by a golf ball in his return as a head coach to Neyland Stadium. After defeating the team he used to coach, Volunteers fans threw beer bottles, water bottles and even a mustard bottle at the Rebels.
So how did Kiffin get even? The head coach decided throw a golf ball, rather than a baseball before the game. The reason? Well, a Volunteers fan launched a golf ball at Kiffin after his Rebels beat Tennessee that night as well.
Here's the pitch.
Kiffin loves to troll and he pulled it off in style on Friday night.
Tennessee got the last laugh, though, as the Volunteers cruised to a 12-1 victory.
