The last time we saw Laquon Treadwell, the Ole Miss wide receiver was tearfully being carted off the Vaught–Hemingway Stadium field. He had just dislocated his ankle and broken his leg, on a play at the Auburn goal line that ended with him fumbling and the Tigers recovering.
Treadwell's emotional state was expected. His - and, in a way, his team's - season had just come to an end in the most heartbreaking way possible.
The talented wideout appears to be in better spirits now, though. Earlier today, Treadwell posted an inspirational message on Instagram. "Watch as I become stronger," he wrote.
He's smiling on campus, too.
