On Monday afternoon, the college football bowl season continued with a full slate of games. Six contests were on the docket Monday, and the action kicked off at 12:00 p.m. ET with a great game between Cincinnati and Virginia Tech.
That game was quickly followed on ESPN by No. 23 Missouri facing off against Oklahoma State in the Autozone Liberty Bowl. Missouri entered the game as a favorite, but finds itself down 7-0 early in the first quarter.
The Tigers were unlucky on the first possession as an official blocked a Missouri defender from tackling the Oklahoma State receiver on the Cowboys first touchdown.
Check it out.
The defender might want to take a better angle next time to avoid the official in the middle of the field. That being said, the official didn't do much to get out of the way.
Oklahoma State holds a 7-3 lead with just under seven minutes left to play in the first quarter.
