ESPN's Mel Kiper Thinks It Is A Lock That Jadeveon Clowney Will Be The No. 1 Pick In The NFL Draft
On Monday, ESPN NFL analyst Merrill Hoge called Jadeveon Clowney "atrocious" and "not a very good football player." Today, ESPN's famed NFL Draft expert Mel Kiper said the South Carolina defensive end is a near lock to be selected with the No. 1 pick.
Hoge, along with a few others, question Clowney's worth ethic. The 6-foot-6 249-pound freak-of-an athlete had only three sacks as a junior and film has shown him appearing to take plays off.
Kiper, and many others, don't agree with that opinion.

The Houston Texans have the No. 1 pick. Most analysts think that if they were to trade down a few spots, they could likely get a second round pick this year and a 2015 first round selection in return.
