ESPN's Jesse Palmer Says Tennessee Will Win The SEC East

The Tennessee football program will be partying like it's 2007 this fall.

The ESPN college football analyst appeared on The Paul Finebaum Show Friday afternoon. During his appearance, he discussed the Volunteers, who haven't won the SEC East since '07. Palmer thinks that will change this year.

Georgia is the popular pick to win the SEC East, but the Volunteers are seen by most as the best contender behind the Bulldogs.

Tennessee opens its season Sept. 5 against Bowling Green.
