Nashville Radio Station: Take Joshua Dobbs Over This Great College QB?

Joshua Dobbs should be one of college football's best quarterbacks this year. Tennessee's senior QB threw for 2,291 yards and 15 touchdowns, while rushing for 671 yards and 11 touchdowns, as a junior in 2015.

Many consider him a Heisman Trophy candidate entering the fall.

Still, the following question by FOX Sports Knoxville is pretty ridiculous.

Vince Young's junior season stats:

  • 3,036 passing yards, 26 touchdowns, 10 interceptions
  • 1,050 rushing yards, 10 touchdowns

This, while leading Texas to a national championship over USC.

Young was all-time great. Dobbs will probably be great at various times over the course of this season.

Tennessee opens its 2016 season Sept. 1 against Appalachian State.
