This hire seems like a bad idea.

Tennessee's potential hire of Greg Schiano is being met with heavy resistance from multiple places.

The school's iconic rock now features a very public display of disapproval with Schiano as a candidate.

The graffiti reads "SCHIANO COVERED UP CHILD RAPE AT PENN STATE" and is referencing the possibility he knew about the abuses of former Penn State assistant Jerry Sandusky.

The possible link between Schiano and Sandusky is the result of testimony from former Penn State staffer Mike McQueary. Ohio State kept Schiano as defensive coordinator after news of the testimony was made public.

At this point, whether McQueary's testimony is true or not, it seems like Schiano at Tennessee might be an untenable situation.
