Four-star linebacker Quay Walker is Alabama-bound, but rival Tennessee is making a late push.

Quay Walker comes from Cordele, Georgia. He stars at Crisp County High School.

He is the No. 31 overall player nationally, per 247Sports. He is the second-ranked outside linebacker, and No. 6 player in Georgia.

He committed to Alabama back in June. However, it seems like things are still pretty open.

The Crimson Tide isn't even the favorite in the 247 crystal ball at the moment. Alabama sits with 18-percent of the predictions right now.

Both Georgia and Tennessee, coached by former Nick Saban defensive coordinators, have higher marks. Both are in at 27-percent of the vote.

Tennessee apparently made a very strong impression on Walker last night. He hosted head coach Jeremy Pruitt and assistants on an in-home visit.

He very enthusiastically tweeted about the visit after the fact. He's still an Alabama commit, but this seems about as good as UT fans can hope for here.

Walker took his official visit to Knoxville back on January 12. The following week, he was at Alabama, and last weekend, he checked out Auburn.

National Signing Day is on Wednesday, February 7. We should find out Walker's final choice then, if he doesn't drag things past that.
