Tennessee football schedules are filling up quickly.
The Vols officially filled a significant portion of its future schedule today, announcing seven new home games for the 2018-2022 seasons. UTEP, Chattanooga, UAB, Charlotte, Bowling Green, Ball State, and Army will all be heading to Neyland Stadium over the next few years.
From Tennessee:
Home meetings with UTEP (2018), Chattanooga (2019), UAB (2019), Charlotte (2020), Bowling Green (2021), Ball State (2022) and Army West Point (2022) have all been added to the future games list.
With the seven new games, here are the current non-conference opponents on Tennessee football schedules:
2017:

2018:
- Sept. 1: West Virginia (Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte, North Carolina)
- Sept. 8: vs. ETSU

2019:

2020:

2021:

2022:

- Sept. 17: vs. Army
The Volunteers are fully booked in the 2017 and 2018, and are now just one game away from complete schedules in 2019, 2021, and 2022. The team only has one non-conference Power Five opponent in 2017 and 2018, and then again 2021 and 2022. It will likely fill that last 2019 spot with one as well.
Interestingly, the only true road non-conference game the Vols have lined up is a trip to Pitt in 2022.
