Tennessee Football: Vols Unveils TaxSlayer Bowl Rings

In 2014, the Tennessee Volunteers posted a winning season for the first time since 2009. The team's seventh victory came in the TaxSlayer Bowl against Iowa - a game that UT led at halftime 35-7 before taking it easy down the stretch. To celebrate Butch Jones' first winning season with the squad, the program decided to give players some shiny rings.

Tennessee unveiled the new bling for "Team 118" Wednesday afternoon. Check it out:

As you can see, the rings read "Gator Bowl" on the top, with the team's logo centered beneath. It's unclear why Tennessee chose to call the game by its old name - though it does feature the TaxSlayer decal on the side.
