On Friday afternoon, Tennessee running back John Kelly announced his intentions to enter the 2018 NFL Draft.

Kelly was the lone bright spot on a stagnant Tennessee offense this year. The junior running back led the team in rushing with 778 yards, finished tied for first in receptions (37), and third in receiving yards with 299.

Here's Kelly's announcement.

Kelly proved himself as a pass-catcher this season but struggled behind a banged up offensive line during the second half of the year. At 4-8, Tennessee did not make a bowl game, meaning Kelly can turn his attention immediately to preparing for the draft.
