This past Saturday, Tennessee held its Orange and White spring game, pitting the offense against the defense instead of splitting the two units up into equal teams. The Vols used a scoring system much different than normal football rules, which resulted in a 129-100 victory for the offense. But it turns out there wasn't just pride on the line for the players - there was a very important meal on the table as well.
Tennessee's offense received the "winner dinner", which consisted of steak, chicken and mashed potatoes on fine china. The defense, instead, had hot dogs and beans on paper plates.
Here's video of the affair, via UT. As you can imagine, a few of the players on offense enjoy rubbing it all in.
