5-Star QB Tate Martell Upset With Fans Tweeting "Disrespectful" Things At His Sister

Wednesday night, five-star quarterback recruit Tate Martell officially announced his decision to decommit from Texas A&M, setting off a firestorm. The school's wide receivers coach, Aaron Moorehead, subtweeted Martell in response, going on a rant about loyalty. Moorehead's tweets led to the decommitment of another Texas A&M recruit - wide receiver Mannie Netherly. Moorehead apologized for his actions Thursday afternoon, but as they say, the damage had already been done.

Now we're learning that Martell himself is upset as well. Why? Apparently, fans have been tweeting "disrespectful" things at his sister, Rylee. Yikes.

Here's an example, if you're wondering what he's talking about.

">@TheTateMartell I think it is hilarious that all these people tweet you thinking you care when in reality there just irrelevant haters. LMAO

There's an obvious lesson here for all - don't tweet at recruits. And certainly don't tweet at their family members.
