Jerry Jones On Why He Couldn't Draft Johnny Manziel: "He's A Celebrity. He's Elvis Presley."

Hours after passing on the chance to draft Johnny Manziel at No. 16, Jerry Jones admitted that the former Texas A&M quarterback was the highest ranked player on the Cowboys' draft board at the time of the selection. Dallas opted to go in a different direction, though, picking Notre Dame offensive lineman Zack Martin, shoring up an already young-and-talented offensive line. 

Why'd Jones and Cowboys management pass on the opportunity to draft Manziel?
