Kevin Sumlin Explains Why He Didn't Play Kyler Murray In Texas A&M's Loss To Ole Miss

Texas A&M's offense looked pretty pathetic today. The Aggies lost to Ole Miss, 23-3, putting up just 192 yards of total offense.

Kyle Allen struggled, completing 12 of 34 passes for 88 yards and an interception. During the game, many were calling for true freshman Kyler Murray. The call was never answered, though. Instead, Kevin Sumlin went to Jake Hubenak when the game was already in hand for the Rebels.

Following the game, Sumlin explained why he didn't play Murray.
