A disgruntled fan sent Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin a very racist, threatening letter this week.
The wife of Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin posted a photo of a disturbing letter she claims was sent to the family's house - seemingly in the aftermath of the team's loss to UCLA this past Sunday night.
Charlene Sumlin posted a photo of both the letter itself and the envelope it was mailed in. She openly asked if the sender contemplated the idea that a child might open the letter. We're not sure if that means that one of their children did, in fact, open the letter.
The letter is only three lines long - but the sender manages to call Sumlin the n-word and issue a threat.
Here are the contents:
You suck as a coach! You're a n***** and can't win! Please get lost!
Here's Charlene Sumlin's tweet:
Simply put, it is sad that in 2017, or any other year for that matter, this is happening.
It's unclear whether the Sumlins have alerted the authorities regarding the threat. We'll keep you updated.
