New York Post Under Scrutiny For Ridiculous Article Title
It's become common practice for online publications to beef up article titles in an attempt to lure in readers. What you'll see below is a little beyond the realm of what's considered acceptable, however.
Monday, reports surfaced that former Texas A&M wide receiver Thomas Johnson - who played for the Aggies for one year - had admitted to murdering a man in Dallas on a jogging trail. Tuesday morning, the New York Post went with a very questionable titlefor its version of the story.

Johnny Manziel, obviously, has nothing to do with the story.
So far, the publication hasn't backed down and changed its title. But it hasn't been getting a very favorable response on social media.
