Photo: Texas A&M To Wear Red, White, Blue Helmets In Honor Of 9/11

Texas A&M will honor the victims of 9/11 with a red, white and blue helmet this Saturday.

This Sunday marks the 15th anniversary of 9/11. As such, the Texas A&M Aggies will be sporting helmets this Saturday to pay tribute to those who lost their lives in the horrific attacks.

Here's a photo of the lid. Texas A&M has worn it before. It features the stars and stripes of the American flag spread out across the letters.

Texas A&M takes on Prairie View A&M at Kyle Field at Noon. The game will be broadcast on the SEC Network. Update: It looks like Texas A&M will also have quarterback towels with the same logo.
