No team had a more surprising dominant performance in week one than Texas A&M. The Aggies walked into South Carolina's Williams-Brice Stadium as 110.5 point underdogs and won 52-28 against the favorite in the SEC East. Kenny Hill looked completely poised and made the right throw almost every time, and A&M's litany of skill position players were just at a different level than South Carolina's young secondary. The Gamecocks have the talent to make an SEC Championship, which made the Aggies' performance that much scarier, especially if you're a fan of the Lamar Cardinals. While Lamar never really had a hope outside of a monumental surprise upset, now it looks like A&M can drop 80 if Kevin Sumlin wants his offense to.

Prediction: The sportsbooks have this game off the board, at least at the moment, but it would be hard to bet on Lamar to cover, no matter what that number would be. Texas A&M had a ton of success with Johnny Manziel under center, but this year's team might have more pieces that fit Kevin Sumlin's ideal offense than in year's past. While the Heisman hype for Kenny Hill may be a bit premature, A&M's offensive line looks to be one of the best in college football, and he showed that he can be absolutely devastating if his jersey stays clean. This game is going to get ugly, unless you're a fan of the Aggies and/or largely uncontested scores.
