Everyone Said The Same Thing About Al Michaels Tonight
Al Michaels has seen a lot of things, but apparently the movie Step Brothers is not one of them.
At one point during tonight's Lions-Packers game on Amazon Prime, the camera focused in on a Lions fan in the crowd at Lambeau Field.
The man was wearing a customized sweatshirt with Detroit head coach Dan Campbell and quarterback Jared Goff's faces superimposed over John C. Reilly and Will Ferrell's famous promotional picture for the 2008 comedy film.
Michaels didn't realize what he was looking at though, instead saying that it was Campbell and Goff's "high school graduation pictures."
Immediately, people took to X/Twitter to make note of Michaels' ignorance regarding Step Brothers.
"Al Michaels has never seen Step Brothers. A damn shame," said The Scarlet Faithful's Aaron Breitman.
"The Lions are dominant and Al Michaels has never seen Step Brothers. #TNF #DETvsGB," a Titans fan added.
"I’m shocked Al Michaels has never seen Step Brothers," said NBC Sports Bay Area's Matt Maiocco.
"Al Michaels not knowing Step Brothers lmao," chimed in sports reporter Kennedy Broadwell.
"My new goal in life is to get Al Michaels to watch Step Brothers," added DraftKings' Emerson Lotzia.
Al, the next time you have a lot of room on your schedule for activities, check out Step Brothers.
Detroit currently leads the Green Bay Packers 27-3 at halftime on Amazon Prime.
