Shannon Sharpe Has 3-Word Message For Skip Bayless After Lawsuit

Shannon Sharpe was not named in the lawsuit filed against Fox Sports on Sunday, but the prominent sports media personality is making sure to react to it.

On Sunday, Front Office Sports reported that a former Fox Sports hairdresser filed a lawsuit against the network, alleging sexual harassment, mistreatment and more. The lawsuit alleges that Skip Bayless behaved inappropriately, making unwanted advances and unwanted physical contact, while offering the now-former hairdresser $1.5 million for sex.

Bayless reportedly acted very inappropriately toward Noushin Faraji.

Instead, Bayless became more aggressive over the years, according to the suit. He allegedly offered Faraji $1.5 million to have sex with him–and claimed he could “change” her life. The suit also claims Bayless accused Faraji of sleeping with Shannon Sharpe, his co-star on Undisputed.

As the suit alleges: “Approximately one week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance at Ms. Faraji. Ms. Faraji responded: ‘Skip, stop, you have a wife.’ Mr. Bayless responded: ‘Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?’ Ms. Faraji responded that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked taken aback, she made an excuse to leave.”

Bayless, who is no longer at Fox Sports 1, has been married to his wife, Ernestine, since 2016.

Sharpe, who previously co-hosted "Undisputed" with Bayless, joined Fox Sports 1 in 2016. He left Fox Sports 1 in a buyout in 2023.

Sunday night, Sharpe addressed the lawsuit.

“That ain’t got nothing to do with me. So there’s nothing to address,” he said. “If you notice, everybody that’s posted it, they [mention] me. In the 42 pages, it don’t mention nothing about Shannon Sharpe doing anything. But y’all wanna get clicks, so y’all mention me.”

Later on in the show, Sharpe appeared to have a three-word message for Bayless.

“You gonna let me talk, Ocho?” Sharpe asked Chad Johnson, before yelling, “It’s my turn!”

Of course, that "it's my turn!" comment is a reference to a viral comment made by Bayless, when he got upset with Sharpe during an old "Undisputed" show.

Bayless had gotten heated with Sharpe during an argument on the air back in 2019.

Bayless has yet to respond to the accusations. Fox Sports released a brief statement.

“We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation.”
