After a season and a half, the Ken Dorsey era has officially come to a close in Buffalo.

After taking over for offensive coordinator Brian Daboll in 2022, and amid a 5-5 start, the Bills have decided to relieve him of his duties effective immediately. Dorsey started with the team as a quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator back in 2019.

Former Panthers OC Joe Brady will reportedly take over as interim offensive coordinator for the time being.

Despite the Bills ranking as one of the top offenses in the league, Josh Allen's turnovers have increasingly become a problem. Allen is the league leader in interceptions every year dating back his first NFL season in 2018.

And while every quarterback has their share of INTs that get tipped off a receivers hands, some of Allen's decisions have been a bit unbecoming of a quarterback widely regarded as Top 3-5 in the league.

Last night saw Allen turn the ball over three times in the team's primetime upset loss. Although they would've escaped with a win had their special teams unit not had 12 men on the field.
