No team in the NFL has been more hit by injuries this offseason than the Baltimore Ravens.
Earlier this offseason, the team lost star running back J.K. Dobbins to a torn ACL that will have him miss the entire season. They also lost running back Justice Hill, who reportedly suffered a torn Achilles.
Unfortunately, that's not the last of the bad news for the Ravens. According to a report from NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Ravens suffered two more devastating injuries today.
Not long after Rapoport's report came out, ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter reported what no Ravens fan wanted to hear.
Baltimore reportedly fears that Edwards suffered a torn ACL as well.
Three different Ravens running backs have suffered season-ending injuries without even taking a regular-season snap.
It's a brutal blow to the Ravens offense which heavily-relies on the running game. Without Dobbins, Edwards and Hill on the roster, Baltimore will have to turn to a few unproven commodities.
Ty'Son Williams will get his shot to beat out veterans Trenton Cannon and Le'Veon Bell for snaps. Baltimore recently added the latter to its practice squad, but he'll likely get the call up to the active roster now.
