ESPN college football analyst Kirk Herbstreit released his new rankings on Sunday morning. Unsurprisingly, fans have some big reactions.

There isn't much debating at the top of Herbstreit's rankings. Alabama comes in at No. 1 and Georgia comes in at No. 2.

However, the debating starts after that. Herbstreit has Oregon at No. 3, which is defensible considering the Ducks' road win at Ohio State. However, the Buckeyes haven't looked very good so far this season.

Penn State comes in at No. 4. The Nittany Lions are undefeated with strong wins over Wisconsin and Auburn, among others.

Cincinnati rolls in at No. 5. The Bearcats were seen as a dark horse College Football Playoff contender last year. Florida brings up the rear at No. 6.

Some fans think Notre Dame is more deserving of a spot.

"What has Penn State done that ND hasn't?" one fan asked.

Notre Dame is also undefeated, coming off a blowout win over Wisconsin.

Others, meanwhile, think Arkansas is deserving of a spot.

"Where’s Arkansas? One of the most impressive resumes in CFB. More impressive resume than Cincy, Florida and Penn State… no love for the hogs. Georgia better watch out next week," one fan asked.

Arkansas has been very impressive. If the Razorbacks can beat the Bulldogs next week, they will surge up the polls.

Others, meanwhile, aren't completely sold on Georgia yet.

"Not 100% sold on Georgia yet. Their defense is amazing but I question the offense abilities against good competition," one fan tweeted.

Next week should be telling. There are several huge games next week, including Georgia vs. Arkansas, Wisconsin vs. Michigan, Notre Dame vs. Cincinnati and LSU vs. Auburn.
