Just over a year ago the Los Angeles Rams shocked the football world when the team traded star defensive back Jalen Ramsey to the Miami Dolphins.

Fast forward to a year later and the Rams have found his replacement. After making a surprise playoff appearance in 2023, the Rams appear to be going all-in with the latest addition of star corner Tre'Davious White.

"Former Bills All-Pro CB Tre’Davious White intends to sign a one-year, $8.5 million deal with a max value up to $10 million with the Los Angeles Rams, per sources," ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on Tuesday night.

White, made two Pro Bowls and earned one first-team All-Pro selection in seven seasons in Buffalo, visited with the Rams last week before visits with the New York Giants and Tennessee Titans a few days later.

The Rams were able to lock down the talented, but often injured, White, who is currently recovering from a torn Achilles. He was limited to just 10 games over the last two seasons due to injury, but racked up 32 total tackles, two interceptions and two pass breakups in those games.

He's a force when he's healthy and on the field, but has missed 29 games over the past three seasons.

His best season came in 2019 when he intercepted a league-high six passes and added 58 tackles, two forced fumbles and a sack while being named All-Pro.
