On Friday night, Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Damon Arnette was arrested. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, he was booked into the Clark County Detention Center.

Arnette was reportedly booked on two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, carrying or concealing a gun without a permit, possession of marijuana or cannabis and possession of a class one or two level controlled substance.

This arrest came after there was a report of a person with a gun on Friday night at Park MGM. The police records indicate that Markell Surrell was also arrested in connection with this incident.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time that Arnette has put himself in a bad situation. Back in June, a valet employee accused Arnette of attacking him. He was also sued in October because he was allegedly speeding in an SUV, smashed into a woman's vehicle, and then ran off.

The Raiders ultimately parted ways with Arnette in November after a video surfaced of him showing off a firearm and making death threats on Instagram.

Despite his situation off the field, Arnette was picked up by the Kansas City Chiefs in January. He signed a reserve/futures contract with the club.

The Chiefs have not yet commented on this situation.

Arnette is expected to appear in court this Saturday.
