Patrick Cantlay certainly made his second win of 2021 and fifth victory of his PGA Tour career a memorable one.

The 29-year-old Cantlay caught Bryson DeChambeau late in the final round and outlasted the 2020 U.S. Open champion in a six-hole playoff to win the BMW Championship. Cantlay has now won twice this summer, having taken home the title at the Memorial Tournament in June.

Counting his victory at the Zozo Championship last October, Cantlay has three wins during the 2020-21 PGA Tour season. The former UCLA star was California cool as he used exquisite putting to beat DeChambeau.

Not surprisingly, many who watched Cantlay's performance came away impressed, and they let the world know about it on social media.

With this win in his bag, Cantlay will move on to the Tour Championship next week at East Lake in Atlanta. He's one of 30 players left in the field, and will start at 10 under.

We'll see if he can build on his epic showing this weekend.
