During this Tuesday's episode of Get Up, ESPN analyst Jeff Saturday analyzed Brown's performance against the Carolina Panthers.
Although he did acknowledge that Brown can be a headache for the Buccaneers' coaching staff, Saturday knows that his production on the field gives the defending Super Bowl champions the best chance to win.
"That chemistry they've built is absolutely fantastic," Saturday said. "And when you think about Tom Brady and why he brought Antonio Brown there, this type of play is what keeps AB in the NFL, because he makes it easy on quarterbacks. Tom Brady understands that. He knows even when [Mike] Evans comes back, if they need a man-beater, that's the guy who you want to go do it."
With Chris Godwin out for the season with a torn ACL, the Buccaneers need Brown to play at an elite level.
In six games this season, Brown has 519 receiving yards and four touchdowns. Though he's technically not in his prime anymore, he's still a really great playmaker.
We'll see if Brown can keep things rolling on Sunday against the New York Jets.
