Chris Kiffin's tenure on his brother Lane's staff at Ole Miss did not last long. Less than a month after being hired as the Rebels' co-defensive coordinator and linebackers coach, Chris is on his way back to Cleveland.

After having what ESPN' Chris Low deemed a "change of heart," Chris Kiffin will return to being the Browns' defensive line coach, a position he has held the last two seasons under Kevin Stefanski.

Lane Kiffin has employed his brother multiple times in the past, and Chris has even worked at Ole Miss before from 2012-16 under Hugh Freeze and in 2007 under Ed Orgeron. Therefore, it seems a little odd that he would leave after such a short period of time.

Fans have been trying to make sense of the move this afternoon.

Obviously, this is welcome news for the Browns, who don't have to replace the coach who worked with Myles Garrett, Jadeveon Clowney and company.

Meanwhile, Lane Kiffin will look for a replacement to team up with Chris Partridge to run the Ole Miss defense.
