ESPN's Laura Rutledge is a true rising star at the network, hosting "NFL Live" each day for the network, while also playing a big role in the company's college football coverage.

Rutledge and her husband, former MLB player Josh Rutledge, are currently expecting their second child. Their first daughter, Reese, is very excited to become a big sister to a baby brother.

The ESPN host and her family used to live in Manhattan, though they sold their New York City apartment and moved into an incredible log home in Connectictut.

Rutledge recently gave a tour of her awesome log home on TikTok.

The home was built by a man named Craig Yard. He unfortunately passed away from cancer in 2022 and his family wanted to make sure his incredible log home went to a family that deserved it.

Laura and Josh purchased the home from the family for roughly $1.1 million, according to property records.

The Rutledge family certainly seems to love the house and the surrounding woods area.

Laura is often taking to social media to share updates from her house, often featuring her adorable daughter, Reese, and their dog.

Rutledge is currently nine months pregnant. She worked the NFL Draft in Kansas City earlier this spring.

“For me, it was first about making sure I was healthy and everything was fine,” Rutledge told The Athletic. “I’m just really trying to listen to my body. I will say Thursday took a toll. I feel like I got hit by a truck. There were times last night where I wondered, ‘Is that a contraction? What is that? Is it just pain?’ I totally admire women who say I’m just going to stay home and make sure that I’m healthy and in a good spot. I also admire women who say I’m going to keep going. There’s something inspiring about that.

“It’s very special to me to look back one day and say, ‘Wow, I had our son with me on this assignment.’ He’s been with me the entire football season. He covered the College Football Playoff and Super Bowl and all these cool moments. As a woman in this business, it matters to me to try and show our kids that we can do all of this. It’s not going to be easy, and we’ve got to be fighters and really strong. But I am thankful that I’m able to do it.”

We wish the Rutledge family all the best moving forward.
