The entirety of the college football world was shocked by the Travis Hunter to Jackson State news. Especially those residing in Tallahassee.

After losing the top recruit in the country to an HBCU, Florida State fans have head coach Mike Norvell in their crosshairs. On Wednesday, a "Fire Mike Norvell" Twitter space popped up on the app.

The Seminoles recently gave Norwell a one-year extension. But now some FSU fans are calling for his removal.

"I want to solve all of society's problems, too," one user is quoted as saying. "But right now we're just here to fire [Mike Norvell]."

"Best decision I made today was tune into the 'Fire Mike Norvell' Twitter spaces," said the NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe. "FSU Twitter is in distress and it's pure comedy."

"Deion [Sanders] in the 'Fire Mike Norvell' Twitter space on his burner," Barstool Sports joked.

"OH on the Mike Norvell space," Auburn beat writer Bennett Durando said. "We went from DBU to Down Bad University."

"Coach Prime listening to the 'Fire Mike Norvell' Twitter Space right now," The Action Network tweeted.
