During his time as Michigan head coach, Jim Harbaugh has been known to pull out all the stops on the recruiting trail. Last week, that meant getting in a lifting session while in dress clothes.

During a trip to Tampa (Fla.) Jesuit, Harbaugh stopped in the weight room and did some squats. A photo of him under the bar went viral after the school's football account shared it on Twitter.

Wolverines quarterback J.J. McCarthy saw the picture of Harbaugh and decided to show his coach some love.

"That's my head coach," McCarthy tweeted.

Coming off a Big Ten title and College Football Playoff appearance, Harbaugh's future at Michigan has been a major topic of discussion this month. The former San Francisco 49ers head coach has once again been linked to NFL openings, most notably the Las Vegas Raiders job.

However, as of Friday, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that the team had no engaged with Harbaugh "at all."

“I know the Raiders have some interest, but they haven’t engaged at all," Rapoport said on "The Pat McAfee Show."

If Harbaugh stays at UM, he will almost certainly do so with a new contract and well-deserved pay raise in hand.
