Nebraska Huskers head coach Scott Frost will be away from the team for the next couple of days.
Sunday night, the Huskers head coach announced that he has received a positive COVID-19 diagnosis, forcing him to isolate.
Thankfully, Frost isn't experiencing any bad symptoms.
"Our coaching staff will do a great job managing the team as our players return to campus to start winter conditioning. I look forward to rejoining the team as soon as possible in accordance with health and safety protocols," Frost said.
Get well soon, Coach Frost.
It's been a big month for the Huskers program, as they landed a big-time quarterback transfer on Friday afternoon.
Former Texas Longhorns starting quarterback Casey Thompson announced his transfer to Nebraska.
The Huskers will look to make a bowl game for the first time under Frost next fall.
