College football head coaches typically have large buyouts that can often make it difficult to leave for other jobs.
That does not appear to be the case with Jim Harbaugh.
The Michigan Wolverines head coach has been linked to multiple NFL head coaching jobs this offseason. Harbaugh was first linked to the Las Vegas Raiders, though the AFC West franchise appears to be eyeing another candidate.
Not to worry, though - there's another NFL team interested in Harbaugh. According to multiple reports, Harbaugh interviewed with the Minnesota Vikings on Saturday night.
According to reports out of Minnesota, Harbaugh's buyout at Michigan is a mere $1.5 million.
That is very affordable.
NFL fans are speculating following the news.
"The Vikings will pay that out of their loose change drawer. That is about as small as buyouts get," one fan admitted.
"That buyout is nothing; certainly won’t make a difference one way or the other," another fan admitted.
"The buyout is significantly smaller than what some people were saying the last couple of nights," one fan added.
Vikings fans are excited about the possibility, that is for sure.
