Despite not having Cole Beasley at their disposal this past Sunday, the Buffalo Bills managed to defeat the New England Patriots in convincing fashion.

Beasley was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list last week. Since he's unvaccinated, the league's protocols didn't allow him to return in time for Week 16.

With the new health and safety protocols in effect, Beasley will be ready to go this Sunday against the New York Jets.

On Wednesday, the Bills officially activated Beasley from the reserve/COVID-19 list. Bills fans are obviously thrilled that Beasley will be back in the lineup.

Here are some reactions to the latest Beasley news:

Beasley has been a steady presence for the Bills' passing game. In 14 games this season, he has 76 receptions for 640 yards and one touchdown.

Not only is Beasley set to return for this Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons, the offense should also have wide receiver Gabriel Davis and offensive lineman Jon Feliciano back. They were both activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list this Wednesday.

With the win over the Patriots in Week 16, the Bills' path to an AFC East title is fairly simple. If they win their final two games of the regular season, they'll be division champs.

Kickoff for the Bills-Falcons game is at 1 p.m. ET.
