Deshaun Watson's legal situation has not been taken care of yet. Despite this uncertainty, Watson's agent doesn't sound too worried about his playing future.

"We’re pretty confident how this thing plays out,” David Mulugheta said. “He’s super confident in how it plays out. He’s still one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. He will be when he gets back on the field. He’ll continue to have an all-pro and phenomenal career moving forward.”

Mulugheta added that he knows what the truth is regarding this situation. Watson is facing 22 civil lawsuits by women accusing him of sexual assault and inappropriate behavior.

As for Watson's trade market, Mulugheta claims there are still teams interested in pulling off a blockbuster move.

"But the one thing I can say is I know who Deshaun is, I think people around the NFL know who Deshaun is. That’s the reason the market for Deshaun was still as hot as it was."

While there's no denying Watson's talent, there are some NFL fans who are skeptical that teams are lining up for a player with an unclear future. Others, however, believe teams like the Panthers will make a push for the talented quarterback.

Watson has been heavily linked to the Dolphins and Panthers over the past few months.

According to Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk, the Panthers would have traded for Watson without a civil settlement. However, the Pro Bowl quarterback didn’t want to waive his no-trade clause for them.

Once this legal situation surrounding Watson gets put to rest, there'll probably be a better understanding of what's next regarding his NFL career. For now, it's simply too tough to tell.
