Jaguars owner Shad Khan turned a lot of heads this Monday with his comments about Urban Meyer. Despite all the troubling reports about Meyer's first year in Jacksonville, Khan doesn't sound like an owner who'll make a drastic change in the offseason.

“I want to do the right thing for the team. I want to do the right thing for the city,” Khan said, via ESPN. “That, to me, is way more important than just acting helter-skelter on emotion. I think we have a history of really looking at the facts and then really doing the right thing.”

Not only has Meyer struggled to win games in his first year with the Jaguars, he has made headlines for the wrong reasons.

Khan stressed the importance of not making a "hasty decision" on Meyer. However, NFL fans don't believe firing Meyer is a rash decision.

Here are some reactions to Khan's latest comments about Meyer:

The Jaguars usually give their head coaches multiple years before they move on. If that trend continues, Meyer should be back for the 2022 season.

"Gus Bradley was here four years. Doug Marrone was here four years. It was wins and losses and this is a little bit different but, you know, I’m going to reflect on all of that and do what’s the right thing for the team and the right thing for the city," Khan said.

Only time will tell if the Jaguars give Meyer another season. Nonetheless, it's clear that Jaguars fans are over this experiment.
