Former USC quarterback Jaxson Dart could soon make his transfer decision.
Dart left Southern California earlier this offseason after the Trojans hired former Oklahoma head coach Lincoln Riley. Dart now is one of the top transfer quarterbacks on the board.
BYU, Oklahoma and Ole Miss are each pushing hard to land the talented transfer. One, in particular, has emerged as the favorite.
Lane Kiffin and the Rebels are now the favorite to land Dart, per Chris Hummer of 247Sports.
"Put in a @247Sports Crystal Ball for Ole Miss to land Jaxson Dart this morning. Have heard from several sources who think the Rebels are in good shape. OU and BYU are still pushing, though."
Ole Miss is trying to find a replacement for Matt Corral, who's heading to the 2022 NFL Draft.
Lane Kiffin has turned himself into a quarterback whisperer, so it's not a surprise players like Dart are interested in playing for him.
Dart completed 61.9 percent of his throws for 1,353 yards and nine touchdowns with five picks in six games last season. In his first-ever collegiate start, the youngster out of the state of Utah threw for 391 yards with four touchdowns and two picks vs. Washington State.
Dart is exactly the type of quarterback Kiffin likes to work with. He has a big arm and isn't afraid to take a few hits.
Will the USC transfer be playing for the Rebels next season?
