Dallas Cowboys superfan Skip Bayless was happy to see his team get a win over the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday, but was far less pleased to see star linebacker Micah Parsons sounding off afterwards.

On Wednesday's edition of Undisputed, Bayless took issue with Parsons taking to social media to smack-talk "haters" of the Cowboys and star quarterback Dak Prescott, along with pointing out that people don't give the Philadelphia Eagles as much flak as the Cowboys.

Bayless said that Parsons needs to "wake up" and recognize that he plays for the most polarizing team in American sports. He added that Parsons needs to "grow up" and accept that his team is always going to be criticized and he needs to stop complaining about it.

"Micah, you have to wake up, you play for the most polarizing team in sports," Bayless said.

Skip Bayless isn't totally wrong here. The Dallas Cowboys are the most valuable sports franchise in the world - whether you agree they should be or not.

The Cowboys have one of the most recognized brands in all of sports, but their two decades of postseason failures have made them an easy target for criticism.

Do you think Micah Parsons will heed Bayless' advice?
