Folks aren't liking what Stephen A. Smith had to say about Deion Sanders on ESPN this morning.

Appearing on "Get Up," the opinionated "First Take" personality said that he would like to see Coach Prime take his talents to the SEC after Texas A&M's opening. Saying, Sanders will always be behind the 8-ball at Colorado.

That's what I've been saying, Deion Sanders in the SEC. With that vault that they have available to them. Them hogs that he could recruit. He doesn't have them at Colorado, and he ain't going to get them. Deion Sanders. ... I don't think they'll do it. Texas A&M. Primetime, Deion Sanders in the SEC? That needs to happen.

Heres some of what fans had to say about Stephen A.'s remarks on social media:

"Let's remember the NCAA showed this year it doesn't like to give waivers to 2nd-time transfers," tweeted Brian Howell. "If Deion goes to A&M, he either leaves Shedeur, Travis and others behind (not gonna happen) or risks them transferring and not being eligible in 2024 (not likely to happen)."

"Is Deion the new Jon Gruden?" asked Jim Weber.

"Everytime Stephen A. Smith talks about college football, it's always one of the absolute worst takes I've ever heard," an Aggies fan said.

"Lol just shut up today Stephan A," another replied. "You just want this man to jump at every big name opportunity."

After getting off to a 3-0 start, the Buffaloes have fallen to 4-6 on the year. Defensive and line play are clearly an issue holding them back, but Sanders has said he's not going anywhere.
