Terrell Buckley was a 14-year NFL vet who won a Super Bowl in the early years of the Patriots dynasty, so he knows good football.

With that said, the Orlando Guardians coach knew his team wasn't playing it and didn't hesitate to point that out to an XFL sideline reporter.

We gotta get different guys in there, obviously. I got guys out there that are not competing, that are not making plays. So we got to get people in there, young men that want to play. That want to compete and make plays. I'm seeing guys not performing... look at the scoreboard! They gotta perform.

Buckley's interview began to go viral over the weekend.

"All I need is a chance.. it's a ton of other DAWGS out there as well that would help as well," a user replied.

"Where did The Rock get these guys??" a fan laughed.

"Babsy out here storming Twitter with this one," said Brent Dougherty.

"You better have some thick skin once you get out of high school. I can only imagine how much he lit into his team off camera.

"Taking no responsibility is crazy," another cried.

"What did he say wrong?"

"It's not the plays, it's the players," tweeted Adam Breneman.

The Guardians are 0-2 on the young XFL season.
