J.J. McCarthy's Girlfriend Went Viral During Last Year's Playoff Game

Katya Kuropas, the girlfriend of Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy, went viral during the College Football Playoff last season. Unfortunately, it wasn't because of a wholesome moment.
There was a questionable celebration by McCarthy's father while his girlfriend was jumping for joy.
That moment immediately turned heads on social media:
Off the field, McCarthy's relationship seems to be going well. In fact, they celebrated their five-year anniversary in October.
"1,825 days with the love of my life but a million moments that will be remembered and cherished for the rest of my life," McCarthy wrote on Instagram. "I couldn’t be more grateful for who you are and everything you do! You make me the best version of myself and it has been a complete blessing to continually watch you grow into the amazing woman you are. I love you my queen."
Last spring, J.J. and Katya spent time in Tulum, Mexico. Perhaps they'll go on vacation once this college football season comes to an end.
We'd have to imagine Katya will be in attendance for this Monday's clash between Alabama and Michigan. The winner will advance to the national championship game.
Will McCarthy's girlfriend become an internet sensation yet again? Time will tell.
